Swim on - 1 mile, working on form, arms tired from weights - good effort
Run on JRP with Sylvie and Roxie - Sylvie ate just before we ran, mistake, she struggled during the run, actually had to wait for her several times, practiced quick turnover today, short strides, low impact, seemed to work well. Signed up for STG, time to slowly inscrease miles and keep stress low on the knees, just me shufflen.
